Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for me. The rooms felt a bit outdated and had a lingering smoky smell, which made them less cozy. I even tried to change rooms due to this issue but was informed no other rooms were available on different floors. However, the service was friendly and very helpful, trying to compensate for the room situation. The location, though, was fantastic, offering easy access to the city center and attractions, which made up for some of the hotel's drawbacks.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The location was superb, right in the heart of Milan, close to all the action, but there were some disappointments like the delayed room access and the discrepancy between the room appearance and website photos. However, the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
Despite the staff's efforts to maintain the hotel in top shape, my stay was fairly comfortable but the rooms were in need of redecorating and felt a little small. The hotel could use a refreshing touch, but overall it was a decent experience.
Being so central and close to the Duomo, I didn't expect the rooms to be spacious, but they were a bit small, which is understandable considering the prime location. However, the dining experience one evening in the dining room with the balcony to smoke was a highlight.
The hotel is in a great location, just next to the metro station, and a short walk to Duomo Square. The rooms are spacious enough for a single guest but show signs of age, particularly worn furniture corners. The service is friendly and efficient, although there were times when staff appeared too busy talking amongst themselves. The dining experience offers a wide variety of European items and fresh juices, with great service. The location is perfect for sightseeing and accessing numerous restaurants. However, the room's poor sound insulation, being sensitive to noise like passing trams, can disrupt your sleep.
I must say that my stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious, although the decor seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh. On the bright side, the service was efficient and precise. However, the location was a bit dreary despite being close to the Duomo, and the dining experience, although decent, had its flaws. Overall, a somewhat average stay with both positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel's location near the Cathedral and Duomo is excellent, making it very convenient for sightseeing, but it comes at a higher cost. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and made the stay very pleasant. The dining experience was pleasantly surprising with a great variety, though the rooms require some redecorating for a more comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Duomo and offers friendly service, but the rooms need updating. The dining options are sufficient but not exceptional, and the facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel has a fabulous location near Duomo, just a 5-minute walk away, and offers varied and delicious dining options. The rooms, though clean and fairly comfortable, are in need of renovation. The service was exceptional, with very polite and helpful staff. However, some requests were not handled well, and the price may not match the value provided.
